Our beliefs about our world, ourselves, and others are shaped by our life experiences and most of them are formed when we are in childhood. We then will unconsciously respond to the world based on these beliefs we have created. Sometimes these beliefs have served us well in a certain time in our lives, but as we get older those beliefs might not be supporting us in our goals. This can impact our relationships with family, friends, work environment, and parenting our children. Angela will support you in a safe and non-judgmental space, as you explore any possible belief systems that are creating blocks for you in creating the life you truly desire. Her approach to therapy is to support you in learning and understanding yourself in a more soul centered way, to challenge the belief systems that might be getting in the way of your desired goals, and to find peace and joy in the life you are here to create. If you are looking for support of your child or adolescent, or entire family, we believe that it is important that parents are involved in the therapeutic process as well. What is QHHT? Quantum healing hypnosis technique is a form of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon, designed to help people understand and work through the possible root origins of trauma in this life. QHHT allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Clients can have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and ultimately create change within themselves. QHHT achieves the deepest level of hypnosis possible, the Somnambulistic level of trance. The Somnambulistic state is ordinarily experienced two times a day: before becoming awake and before falling asleep. Kelly is a Sacred Harmonic Practitioner who utilizes sound, energy therapy, Reiki, and shamanic practices to give the client a holistic vibrational session tailored to their individual needs.
