About the event
Art Soul Journey is an immersive day workshop and sacred creative ritual held on the edge of Winston-Salem, on old farmland steeped in beauty and quiet. You are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and drop into the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of your own body.
We will begin in circle, creating sacred intention and opening ourselves to connection—with the land, with each other, and with the deeper layers of ourselves. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, breath, and journaling, Angela Ember Lynn(counselor, meditation guide, and spiritual midwife) will support you in meeting yourself inwardly, observing where you may feel stuck, and opening space for new awareness.
From here, EJ Walker (multidisciplinary artist, energy practitioner, and nature guide) will invite us into right-brain drawing exercises—playful, intuitive practices that help us move out of linear thinking and into the curiosity of the heart. Together, we will…
