MIDWIFE OF TRANSFORMATION
When the life you’ve
known no longer fits.
There are moments when life changes so profoundly that we can’t simply return to who we were before.
A relationship ends. A career no longer fits. Grief changes us. Our beliefs begin to shift. Old patterns become impossible to ignore. Or sometimes, nothing dramatic has happened at all, we simply realize that the person we’ve been can no longer carry us into the life we’re being called toward.
This is the in-between.
The place between who you have been and who you are becoming.
You don’t have to know exactly what comes next to begin.

Maybe You’re Here Because…
-
Something significant in your life is changing—or you know it needs to.
-
You keep encountering patterns you no longer want to repeat.
-
You’re questioning who you are outside of old roles, relationships, or expectations.
-
You’re trying to understand your relationships, attachment patterns, boundaries, or the ways you lose yourself with other people.
-
You’re learning to stay with uncertainty instead of immediately trying to fix, control, or escape it.
-
You’re experiencing a spiritual awakening, questioning long-held beliefs, or exploring a deeper relationship with yourself.
-
You can feel that something inside you is shifting, even if you don’t have language for it yet.
You don’t need to have the answers.
Knowing that something is asking to change, is enough.

What is a Midwife of Transformation?
A traditional midwife doesn’t create the life being born.
She supports the birthing process.
I see transformation in much the same way.
I’m not here to tell you whether to leave the relationship, change careers, abandon a belief, forgive someone, or become a particular version of yourself.
I’m here to help you hear yourself.
Together, we slow down what is happening beneath the fear, urgency, uncertainty, and old patterns so you can understand what this season of your life is revealing and begin responding from the person you are becoming rather than automatically repeating who you have been.
This work is about developing a deeper capacity to understand yourself, regulate yourself, trust yourself, and belong to yourself.
In my own seasons of transformation, what I needed most was understanding, clarity, and someone who could remind me that I wasn't alone. That even when I couldn't see the other side yet, what I was experiencing had meaning and I could learn how to move through it.
My role isn't to rescue you, fix you, or tell you what your life should look like. I don't want you to become better at looking to me for answers; I want to support you in becoming better at hearing, understanding, and trusting yourself.

The 4-Week Transformation Container
Transformation rarely happens neatly inside a single conversation.
You can understand something intellectually on Tuesday and find yourself standing face-to-face with the exact pattern you discussed by Friday.
That’s why this work happens inside a short, concentrated container.
For four weeks, we have the opportunity to
explore → experience → notice → practice → integrate.
Your container includes:

One 2-Hour
Transformation Deep Dive
We begin with you. Your story. What is changing. Where you feel stuck. What keeps repeating. What you’re questioning. What you want—and perhaps what you don’t even know that you want yet.
Together, we begin identifying the pieces that may help us understand where you are and what wants attention.

Between-Session Voice Support
Because your life doesn’t only happen during our appointments.
You’ll have a place to share important observations, questions, realizations, or moments of activation while they’re happening rather than trying to remember everything at our next session.

Three 90-Minute
Integration Sessions
We meet weekly to explore what is unfolding in your actual life, deepen what you’re discovering, practice responding differently, and continue putting the pieces together.

Personalized Practices + Resources
Your process may include journaling prompts, reflective questions, meditations, somatic practices, or other individualized resources to support your integration between sessions.
The 4-Week Transformation Container Investment
Paid in Full: $888 | 2 Payments of $450 | 3 Payments of $310
What Might We Explore?
There is no predetermined curriculum. We begin with you.
Depending on what is happening in your life, our work may explore:
Nervous System + Regulation
Understanding what happens inside you when you feel threatened, uncertain, overwhelmed, activated, or disconnected.
Patterns + Beliefs
Noticing the beliefs and behaviors that have shaped your life and deciding intentionally what still belongs.
Relationships + Attachment
Recognizing patterns around intimacy, pursuit, avoidance, overgiving, people-pleasing, boundaries, communication, and connection.
Meaning + Spirituality
Making room for spiritual exploration, questions of meaning and purpose, intuition, personal beliefs, and the deeper questions that often accompany transformation.
Identity +
Self-Trust
Exploring who you are underneath roles, conditioning, expectations, and old survival strategies—and learning to hear and trust your own internal knowing.
Depending on your individual process, I may incorporate tools such as:
Nervous-System Education Somatic Practices
EFT
Energy Psychology Nonviolent Communication Meditation
Visualization
Human Design
Enneagram
Soul Realignment
Reflective Exercise
+ other Somatic &
Integrative Approaches
Optional Harmonic Egg Support
Clients actively participating in a Midwife of Transformation container may add Harmonic Egg sessions for $80 per session. The Harmonic Egg is never required for this work. It is simply another supportive option for clients who would like to incorporate it into their process.

These aren’t steps you have to complete.
They’re tools we can reach for when they help us better understand you.
In Between Sessions
More About
We can’t always predict when a “birthing contraction” will occur.
Sometimes the biggest moments of transformation happen between our sessions—a relationship activates something, an old pattern surfaces, a decision feels overwhelming, or you simply need help making sense of what is unfolding.
That’s why your container includes between-session support.
You’re invited to send up to three voice notes between each of our established sessions to share an update, explore something that has surfaced, or receive additional clarity and support.
Voice notes are responded to during regular support hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, generally within 3–6 hours. Because I may be supporting other clients when your message arrives, responses will not always be immediate. Messages received outside support hours will be addressed during the next available support window.
You may also receive personalized journaling prompts, coaching questions, practices, or other resources to help you continue exploring and integrating what we’re working on between sessions.
If something arises that needs more space than a voice note can provide, additional support sessions may be available by phone, video, or in person:
30 minutes — $70
60 minutes — $140
Additional sessions are subject to availability and are not intended for crisis or emergency mental-health support.
The goal of between-session support isn’t for me to navigate every difficult moment for you. It’s for you to know you have a place to reach when needed while you develop the tools, understanding, and self-trust to navigate these threshold moments for yourself

Why this work
matters to me...
My understanding of transformation came from living through it myself.
When my life turned upside down in 2023, I experienced heartbreak, betrayal, and the loss of much of what had made my life feel secure. At the time, it felt like everything was falling apart. What I couldn’t see then was that I was also being given an opportunity to face the wounds and survival patterns that had kept me from fully seeing and being myself. I was being asked to release beliefs, patterns, and parts of myself that were no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
Through that process, I learned that transformation isn’t necessarily about fixing what’s broken. It’s about becoming curious about what has shaped us, compassionate toward the ways we’ve learned to survive, and intentional about what we choose to carry forward.
I learned that I could change my mind about things I once believed were absolute truths. I could question old beliefs and allow my identity and spirituality to evolve. Most importantly, I learned that my relationship with myself is the foundation for how I experience everything else in my life.
My understanding of spirituality changed, too. For me, it isn’t about transcending difficult emotions or always thinking positively. It’s about learning to belong to all of myself…the grief, fear, joy, anger, uncertainty, and everything in between.
Through my own transformation and years of supporting others through theirs, I began to recognize the role I had already been stepping into: Midwife of Transformation.
I don’t believe my role is to rescue you, fix you, or tell you who to become. I’m here to walk beside you as you discover what is ready to be released, reclaimed, and brought forward.
Sometimes transformation isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to more of who you already are underneath the layers you built to survive and navigate this world.
This Work Is Different From Psychotherapy
I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, so this distinction matters.
Midwife of Transformation is not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.
Psychotherapy is a clinical relationship that may involve assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental-health conditions and operates within specific clinical, ethical, documentation, and licensure frameworks.
Midwife of Transformation is a short-term personal-development and transition-support experience centered around self-understanding, integration, exploration, and intentional change.
Rather than beginning with:
“What needs to be treated?”
We may begin with:
"What's changing?"
FAQs
Why four weeks?
Because transformation needs enough time to move beyond intellectual insight. Four weeks gives us an opportunity to explore what is happening, notice how it shows up in your actual life, practice responding differently, and return together to what you’re discovering. It is concentrated enough to create momentum without requiring you to commit indefinitely.
Who can participate?
The Midwife of Transformation container is available to adults 18 and older who are navigating a period of transition, transformation, or significant personal change. Before beginning, we’ll have a conversation to explore what you’re experiencing, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether this container is the right fit for your needs. This offering is not psychotherapy or mental-health treatment
If you are my therapist, can we work together on this?
If we are currently working together in psychotherapy, Midwife of Transformation is not offered as a simultaneous separate service. Some of the approaches and perspectives that inform this work may already be incorporated into our therapeutic work when appropriate. If you are interested in Midwife of Transformation, we can talk about what you are looking for and determine what type of support best fits your needs while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
What happens after 4 weeks?
Sometimes four weeks is exactly what someone needs to become oriented, stabilized, and connected to their next steps. Sometimes it’s only the beginning. At completion, we’ll look together at where you are and what would be most supportive next. You may choose another container, transition into individual integration sessions as needed, or take what you’ve discovered and continue your journey independently. The goal is not to make you dependent upon me. The goal is to help you become increasingly capable of understanding, trusting, regulating, and belonging to yourself.
What if I need therapy?
Midwife of Transformation is not a substitute for psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or treatment of a mental-health condition. If what emerges indicates that psychotherapy or another form of professional care would better meet your needs, I will talk with you about that and may recommend support from an appropriate licensed provider. Some people may also participate in personal-development or spiritual work while independently working with their own therapist when appropriate.
Can I do this while seeing another therapist?
Yes. Because Midwife of Transformation is a focused personal-development and transition-support container rather than psychotherapy, you may participate while continuing to work with your own therapist. Our four weeks together will remain specifically focused on the transition or transformation you are navigating and the areas we identify together for this work. Your therapist can continue supporting your broader mental-health and therapeutic needs. These forms of support can exist alongside one another while serving different purposes.
Is this available virtually, in person, or both?
Both. Sessions are available virtually or in person at Sacred Harmony Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, depending on your needs and what works best for your process.
You Don’t Have to Know Who You’re Becoming Yet.
Maybe you simply know that something is changing.
Maybe the old way isn’t working anymore.
Maybe you’re standing between the life you’ve known and something you can’t quite see yet.
You don’t need certainty before you begin.
You need enough space to listen to what is already emerging.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Transformation can feel confusing, uncertain, and sometimes incredibly lonely. Having someone beside you who can help you understand what may be happening, hold space for what’s unfolding, and offer tools to support yourself can make the journey feel less overwhelming.
I may or may not be the right person to walk beside you—and I believe finding the right support matters.
But if you’re looking for someone who has walked through her own seasons of becoming and has a deep passion for supporting others through theirs, I’m here.
I’ll meet your unique journey with guidance, curiosity, love, and compassion as you
uncover what’s ready to be released, reclaimed, and brought forward.
You don’t have to know exactly where you’re going.
You just have to be willing to begin.
