What do I bring to the Sound Sanctuary event?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and bring any props needed to make yourself comfortable while lying down or in a seated position for an extended amount of time, such as:  yoga mat pillow light blanket bolster for your knees eye covering Â
