About the event
What do I bring to the Sound Sanctuary event?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and bring any props needed to make yourself comfortable while lying down or in a seated position for an extended amount of time, such as: yoga mat pillow light blanket bolster for your knees eye covering Please let us know if you cannot comfortably lie down on the floor. We do have two zero gravity chairs to use.
If this is your first Sound Sanctuary, we will have a waiver for you to sign when you get there.
