Pay $17/session (Existing clientele bookings at 2-3 days a week including some weekend hours)
Potential:
This is essentially an opportunity to build your own business utilizing the space, resources and existing clientele/database to expand hours available for Harmonic Egg sessions. As responsibilities and duties expand/evolve pay increases.

The Role
Sacred Harmony Center for Wellbeing is growing and we are looking to add a part-time Harmonic Egg Guardian to the team. The center currently offers mental health therapy, soul-based services, massage, and Harmonic Egg sessions.
We are looking for someone who is personable, friendly, and intuitive who will be a guardian for The Harmonic Egg and responsible for the end-to-end journey for our Harmonic Egg clientele.
This begins with a session booking on the Sacred Harmony website and continues with emails, intake paperwork and in-office session with client, and any follow-up.
We value communication and would want someone who can who communicate effectively and anticipate client and center needs. The Harmonic Egg Guardian works well with small teams and can independently manage their own time and the schedules and calendars of clients/sessions.
Initially this role will take over existing calendar and bookings, and be paid $17 per session completed. We are looking for someone with the desire and dedication to grow this role into a full-time offering with sessions throughout the week, some weeknights and weekends to accommodate client schedules and center offerings.
Online and in-person training is required for this role in order to become familiar with the Harmonic Egg and the protocol including sound and light therapies, music selection and more. This role will also require someone who is knowledgeable and open to learning more about the mind, body, soul connection; familiar with intention setting and has some experience listening and supporting people by holding a confidential container. *This is not a therapist role where problem-solving is expected.
The Harmonic Egg is housed in a room dedicated solely to its clients, and a center waiting room for all clients. The Harmonic Egg Guardian would be responsible for keeping the main lobby and Harmonic Egg room cleaned, stocked and filled with positive energy.

Familiarity with WIX or other websites/CRM and booking tools is preferred.

As role expands more administrative duties will likely incur as a result, including social media management, Canva for content creation and running referral and/or loyalty programs.

A huge plus is experience working with micro-influencers.
